Due to the new mandates by Valve Corporation, we have decided to implement new changes at Pinoy Game Store with regards to all in-game items to continue operating at cost as a way for Filipino Dota 2 players to get their virtual items with no worries.

Aside from the pricing restructure, the delivery of items has now been set to 7 days after payment has been validated. This is due to Steam's new trade mechanism introduced in December 2014. Rest assured, our delivery rate will stay at 100 percent.
Due to Western Union Philippines not being able to serve our needs, we have removed WU as a payment center.
