If you don't have Teamviewer yet, the first thing to do is to download it from the official source.

Step 1:
OPEN TEAMVIEWER
Step 2:
Click EXTRAS then Click OPTIONS
Step 3:Click ADVANCED then Click SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS
Step 4:
Under Access Control - choose Custom Settings then Configure
Step 5:
Set everything to DENIED except for
Connect and view my screen and Control this computer
